WARRANTY
All products sold by Toute
L'Informatique
have a 1 year limited warranty
in our warehouse
for OEM Products, and 30 Days for
Retail Box, excluding transportation fees.
In addition, most of the products are warranted by the
manufacturer.
There is no warranty for the
products in the following categories: Consumables (CDs,
floppy disks, ink, toner etc),
Accessories, Software,
Battery, Fans. For products in these categories, please
directly contact the manufacturer.
The physical damage, the 'Overclocking' cancels the warranty
.
If you update the BIOS and destroy it, you cancel the warranty.
You choose your products by yourself. We are not responsible for the incompatibility between the products.

RETURN POLICIES
Return policies are applied on non-defect products.
The defective products will be treated under warranty conditions.
For a product to be treated as a return:
- You must return the products before 7 days after the product reception
- The products must be shipped with all manuals, accessories, cables and its
original purchase condition.
- No product shows any proofs of use, could be taken
back.
- The product must be shipped in good condition. Toute
L'Informatique can refuse broken products
- The customer is responsible of the return shipping costs
- You must return the product only if you have received a Return Authorization
Number (RMA)
- For all order reception denials, the customer will be charged service fees
upon return of merchandise.
- After checking, you'll be credited with the total amount less shipping costs
and return fees.

non-defect product.
RETURN FEES
Non-defective
return products will be charged a restocking fee. Customer will be
credited of an amount equal
to the price
of product minus 20% for restocking costs.
